{"id":56651,"date":"2025-09-15T10:30:24","date_gmt":"2025-09-15T08:30:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pontedeume.gal\/?post_type=tribe_events&#038;p=56651"},"modified":"2025-09-16T13:30:57","modified_gmt":"2025-09-16T11:30:57","slug":"jornada-bienestar","status":"publish","type":"tribe_events","link":"https:\/\/www.pontedeume.gal\/es\/evento\/jornada-bienestar\/","title":{"rendered":"Jornada Bienestar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>JORNADA DE BIENESTAR \u2013 CARA UNA SALUD INTEGRAL<\/p>\n<p>El s\u00e1bado 20 de septiembre, de 10:00h a 14:00h, en la Casa de la Cultura de Pontedeume.<\/p>\n<p>Habr\u00e1 charlas y talleres de:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; FISIOTERAPIA &#8211; PODOLOG\u00cdA &#8211; NUTRICI\u00d3N &#8211; PSICOLOG\u00cdA &#8211; PILATES y mucho m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Contaremos con un espacio de conciliaci\u00f3n para ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os de 6 a 12 a\u00f1os y finalizaremos la jornada con un c\u00f3ctel saludable.<\/p>\n<p>Actividad dirigida a mayores de 16 a\u00f1os (aforo limitado).<\/p>\n<p>Inscripciones abiertas hasta el 18 de septiembre en el correo electr\u00f3nico deportes@pontedeume.gal o de manera presencial en el Pabell\u00f3n Municipal a Casqueira, de lunes a viernes en horario de 9:00h a 14:30h.<\/p>\n<p>Se tendr\u00e1 que indicar el nombre completo de la persona asistente, edad, n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono y un correo electr\u00f3nico.
